Easily one of the most photogenic places in the park, this area will reward you with a one-of-a-kind ,up close and personal experiences of some of the coolest geology in the American Southwest. Although the hike is only rated moderate in difficulty, you should still take your time and be sure to wear proper hiking shoes as it can be steep in areas. Hiking poles could be of added benefit during the steep descents. Bring a backpack with water and snacks to enjoy at the base of the valley for a more enjoyable experience. Combine this epic hike with the Wall Street for an increased distance loop. As with most National Parks, dogs are not allowed, and Leave No Trace Principles should always be followed.
